| This is a DIY Homemade Super Hero Invitations, with a sewn on cape!! I selected a "tall" hero shape and decided they would fit in regular letter size envelopes. I also used card stock so that the invitation was more sturdy. I used t-shirt material from Wal-mart for the capes, because it won't fray. I printed off clip art - with an added text box with the invitation information. I then printed off a cut piece of the super - hero's arm for the cape part. (see below) |  | |||

I used a sewing machine to gently sewed on the cape (just once across) to the "arm", before attaching the arm to the invitation.
